We liked it there. The goats are in the stables, but we could see the wild animals and we went shopping in the farm shop.
Dss really delicious
Always a nice place to relax. A place to enjoy and relax. Pure nature and full of warmth
In the Corona winter 2020, unfortunately, apparently without goats on the meadows, but still worthwhile, because the farm shop is open and offers delicious specialties.
It was a very nice trip. It is worth going there and just taking a break. You can go for a walk there with the stroller and relax and look at the animals that live there
The Sophienhof is always worth a trip. Starting from the hangover, the Sophienhof can be built in as a stopover in a relaxed hike. Here you can fortify yourself with wonderful cakes and homemade goat cheese, on the sandwich or in the main course. So far there has not been anything on the menu that I couldn't recommend. Vegetarians are not neglected here either. The fact that the Sophienhof attaches great importance to sustainability is shown by the in-house production of the cheese and the straw bale house, which can be booked for events. This construction method is healthy, ecological and sustainable. There is something for everyone to discover here. I will gladly come again.
Very nice staff, orderly conditions due to Corona. Very tasty goat cheese. But the homemade slaughter products are also delicious.
The Alm is in a nice little village. It is named after a lot of goats. The dining room itself is quite small and looks a bit "shabby", but doesn't detract too much from the atmosphere. The food tastes good, you can't complain about that.
A very nice place to stay. Food and in-house products were delicious.
Very nice to be absolutely recommended for everyone. Petting goats, café, restaurant, farm shop sales, delicious goat ice cream and many other exciting things to experience here. Something for everyone for big and small
It was very nice here, very tasty 😋. The farm shop is also small and fine.
Always worth a trip. Nice clean little place with a lot of restaurants and nice surroundings to relax.

Haughtiness comes before the event; whoever doesn’t forgive one hour before the appointment of a reservation (for the regular guest / Dr.) is in our eyes not worthy of getting more stars !! We are often out and about in the Harz Mountains, we are guaranteed not to come back here !! Themselves to blame! The landlord seems to be doing too well and that in this day and age ... Without words ...
Not bad, but doesn't keep up with Karl's Erdbeerhöfen. But I've never seen the woolly pigs, they were cute.
There is a small farm shop with delicious home-made products! The chickens are really free in the meadow and the goats are outside and you can pet them! A beautiful place. At the weekend you should reserve if you want something to eat! The ice cream is really delicious 😋
You have to see this place. The goats were worth seeing, the other animals on this farm are also worth seeing. We then drank coffee and ate cake. But there is also a restaurant where you can eat. Just go there.
A small dreamy, beautiful, quiet place. Surrounded by forest and meadows. The Ziegenalm of the Liebig family is located on a plateau. A beautiful adventure farm for young and old with a small farm shop, alpine parlor, lots of animals and good service.
We really liked it here. In the middle of nature. Lots of pulling and also a nice deer enclosure. Parking lot is suitable for overnight stays. The Ziegenhof offers fresh goat cheese and something very special, ice cream made from fresh goat milk. There is a brown beer brewery with an inn and overnight accommodation. Very nice especially for children
If you live near the Ziegenalm, it's probably always worth stopping by with your children. We have specially planned a trip there, which in our opinion was not worth it. You arrived and didn't really know where the back and front were. Where can you go? What can you do? But since we couldn't find anyone who belongs to the Alm, we went on a tour of discovery ourselves and were able to see goats, chickens and pigs from afar. Then we went to the farm shop, where we were served very rudely. After about 1 hour we were through with everything. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it for us, we had hoped for more. Pity!
An absolute dream is the goat ice cream, in the restaurant you can enjoy coffee and cake and watch the goat graze All mega friendly! A must for a resin hike! Easy to reach from the B4 and B81 ... just follow the Sophienhof signs ... für a great street!
Cosy and delicious food

The food was excellent. Not many tables inside though if the weather is poor.
Nice for young (and old) kids to go between the goats and chicken. Lunch is simple, tasty, homemade food. Don't expect anything vegan here though.
